*All of our clients/staff will be required to wear a face mask during your visit for all services.
*PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME! Upon arrival for your appointment, we ask that you call us to see if your service provider is ready for you. When they are ready, we will have you come into the salon. We will be taking temperatures and anyone with a temperature of 100 or higher will be asked to reschedule.
*All guests will be required to wash their hands and hand sanitizer will be available throughout the salon. We also will have a short waiver to fill out before your appointment begins.
*We ask that you come alone for your service, due to restrictions.
*Salon Envy will no longer be allowed to have guests waiting in salon. Please come alone for your service.
*Please only bring essential personal items such as credit/debit card, cell phone, and your own bottled beverage. We will be temporarily won’t be offering beverages and snacks.
*We will no longer have magazines.
*Guests who are coming for any color service will be asked to check out during their processing time. This will make for a smoother check in/out process in between the guests whom are leaving and the guests whom are arriving.
*Color guests please come with clean, dry hair. There maybe extra fee for extra color stylist will consult and advise.
*Credit cards will be required for appointments that way we can do a no contact check out process. No cash at this time. Please hand gratuity directly to your service provider as gratuity envelopes will not be available.
*We require guest confirmation 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to confirm will result in loss of appointment and 50% charge for total service fee. Please understand we have many guests waiting to get in.
*If you bring a coat, please bring to your stylists’ station or esthetician’s room.
*Social distancing of 6 ft. between guests is required when checking in/out at the front desk, salon entrance/exit, and restrooms.
*Our shampoo area will be a talk free zone.
*No walk in appointments will be permitted at this time.
*Curbside pickup is available for products. We are asking team members to get products off shelves for in store purchase.

*We will be sanitizing chair, stations, and tools after each guest as well as disinfecting bathrooms, and touch points throughout the salon.

 With masks it will be difficult to talk and listen please forgive us!
