A credit card, login, and password is required to schedule appointments. To obtain access to our system please make your first appointment in person at 2070 North Clybourn.

Terms & Conditions:

• You must call and cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for 1/2 the services.
• Gratuities are appreciated and of course are discretionary. We are unable to add them to your credit cards.
